Every day has ups and downs but the people and the benefits are what I love the most and thats why I'll probably stay
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team can be a lot of fun to be around. I don't always see them as the best people for the job however
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think for the most part everyone in my store is good about working together and communicating and helping each other out when needed
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was really nervous but the interviewer just got me talking about what I enjoy and it became more casual and relaxed like a conversation
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team doesn't act like they are above or better. They are relatable and fun to be around. They also understand that everyone has their strengths and weaknesses
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although I don't always get the type of benefits I want there are so many ways to find the best solution for what im looking for, ie, deal of the day, accommodations, employee discount, student deals, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
With being in school full time, just working part time is almost like a break from all the stress. Seeing my coworkers and knowing that they care about about how school is going is nice to know. I hope to stay friends with everyone there because I know they have my back
