It starts at the top, we are unappreciated and underpaid.

Working together as a unit. Too much that's not my department. Managers set a terrible example with favoritism.

I am overworked and underpaid. Ideas in how to improve are not implemented, employees get blamed rather than management not doing their job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have become a showroom so people can look at store and buy online. This has resulted in poor sales and attitude among employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training staff to interact with customers, holding associates to standards. Management only acknowledges numbers which has led supervisors and managers to cheat to attain goals so they won't lose their job.
