My team is like my family. We have fun and sometimes fight but all in all I enjoy time with them and having a blast while being the best
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is always trying to make things fun. If you make a mistake they turn into a learning curve not a repromanding. I enjoy my job and that is something that is close to me
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't think much needs to change however I think that some stores need a revamp in management. I came from a negative environment store to a positive store and it is so much better now I'm there.
