If you can get past the fact that most people act like they are still in high school, there are some really amazing people there that I have built lifetime friendships with.
If you can handle working 40+ hours a week & get through school they will pay you back for tuition. They also offer health benefits for full time workers. It’s a fight to get vacation time approved though.
My mobile team will always be THE BEST. However those of us that have been there for a long time never get picked to move up. We are used to train new employees& they never want you to leave that position.
Leadership @ both stores I worked for are like high school clicks. They all have their favorite employee, If you are not, don’t expect to move up in the company.make sure you regularly check to make sure you aren’t getting paid less than EVERY male in your department after you trained them!
Give people the chance to move up! I left the company because I was tired of being passed up for management. I worked really hard and I had the respect of my team &they brought in someone from a different store already doing the job available. Broke my heart. So I had to move on.
