Everyone is friendly with each other. There are a few who are't but it's all about working around those people .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much positive from where I am standing in this perspective. If management likes you, you will have an easier time than others. It's all about favortism.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our company needs to pay more and stop hiring 3rd party companies to handle issues for us- it looks bad when we can't solve our own problems with deliveries and installations. Theres also a barricade between corporate and store level- corp seems to thing we can do everything that they can do.
