They understand that family is a priority for their employees and dont make workers feel guilty about needing time with their family
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Theres no accountability in my store at all. Front end and asset protection will answer phone calls and face time while on stand
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better staffing now that the reorganization has come in full swing. The way they're scheduling connected life now that the reorganization is here is taking a huge chunk out of the staffs motivation
