I really like it so far. I am hoping to stay as long as I can and hopefully move up to a management position someday.

I like that I am paid according to my experience in my field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The constant influx of new technology is encouraging and exciting and I enjoy seeing new products come out and I love sharing that experience with customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to speak with both the sales manager and the general manager which gave me a chance to get to know both of them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very flexible and understanding when life events happen. They are always there to help when you make mistakes or you are unsure of how to handle a specific situation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very diverse and for the most part, friendly. Most of my team is willing to assist each other when needed to reach our goals or assist a customer with what they need.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like having a customer come in expecting a mediocre result and I am able to exceed their expectations and give them an above and beyond experience. I can tell when they are impressed with our service and it makes me feel good about the work that I do.
