Instead of furloughing employees, actually take a pay cut for top executives. Your front line workers put themselves at risk to sell your product for minimum wage, and this is how we get treated, mean while the executives get to enjoy a comfy life. Disgusting

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If we actually paid employees a proper wage, treated employees as if they we more then disposable. We put in the leg work, we are on the front line every day, yet we get minimum wage. Company was valued at 29 billion and employees make minimum. that's wrong, that's greed
