What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Get rid of the nepotism and favoritism.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've worked for Best Buy for 14 years and have seen the pay and benefits get worse.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Really not much. A lot of it is a PR stunt aimed at making themselves look good for the public. Behind the scenes, it is a totally different situation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to the associates on their concerns, ideas, and opinions. As of right now, Best Buy corporate and store leadership has killed morale and turned a blind eye to safety during the Covid 19 pandemic.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

All stores are running on a skeleton crew, being mentally beat down by customers and store leadership, and the fact the the CEO and corporate managers have not listened to one thing we've had to say.
