What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership are a bunch pompous people, you rarely see them and they manage from their cell phones.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one cares about the customers because of poor leadership, we get paid garbage so you get garbage service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part leadership leaves most of us alone because they're too busy doing who knows what somewhere else. They only come out like cockroaches when a customer is upset and they try to de escalate the problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work in a market where the cost of living is insane and we get barely any motivation via pay to get yelled at by customers because they don't know technology no matter how much we try to help them.
