What did you like most about the interview process?

Seemed like sunshine and roses.

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping people find a good solution that will enrich their lives through the power of technology.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because of the wrong people being at the top. And maybe pay me twice as much and still enjoy a 6 figure profit yearly.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not micromanaging and being greedy about numbers, especially to those who consistenly hit their sales targets and make the company 10-20x what they're paid. Showing your employees your appreciation in a way that doesn't end with "Now how can we do better and sell more?" is a good place to start.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have each other's back, we sell a crap ton of product, (with high margin) and we have a lot of fun doing it. Until Mr. Manager comes over and asks us what we're doing to stay productive, when they were just in the back office for an hour and missed seeing all of the money we were making them.
