I enjoy working for Best Buy very much. Overall, I think that we are heading in a positive direction and will continue to change and develop over the years as the world around us does.

We seem to work well together as a team.

Making decisions to help the team get closer to reaching their common goals and creating change that actually makes an impact.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a mutual understanding of what it is that we are trying to accomplish and for the most part we do so with a fairly high success rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have the most diverse team that I personally have ever been a part of and I think it brings a certain level of uniqueness to the building that I enjoy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently in a Hourly Area Supervisor position and I do not see very much of a difference in what I am doing to an Area Manager. At least not enough to equate to the difference in pay.
