What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is very generous and equity has very high upside potential. Besides that the benefits go above and beyond to show caring to employees - such as WFH stipends and mental health benefits.

Not necessarily undervalued but many of us believe we go above and beyond for the company or work excess of 8hours per day. It would be nice to be recognized or have higher salary because of that
