We are the front-line workers who make or break Big Lots profits. We sign up the customers for Rewards, we upsell, we are the face of the company and treated poorly with no gratitude.

I would like a paid leave of absence for time to heal from my injury that I'm currently suffering from.

Majority part time employees can;'t afford to purchase stock or medical insurance. Low pay brings lower employee morale and high hiring/quite turn around

If litterally i just had enough people working to gwt anything done. And also being paid at least other retailers minimum wage as a manager would be great.

Getting paid a reasonable salary, even when working part-time.

It hurts when I rarely get recognized for doing well, rather then doing something wrong. Eventually it works on you when you are constantly "messing" things up. I get plenty of surrvays and customers personally complimenting me to my boss only to get a shoulder shrug. Im always striving to be better

Can make more at McDonald's company raves about it profits but does not want to pass it along. Rather pad the pocket book then help their teams. Raises are lower then average

Talked down too. Management very condescending and takes to long to earn vacation

Livable wage! Managers make less than cashiers in other companies.
