Review from Sales Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadshipmhas no idea what thau are doing and are put of touch with our customers

Putting the prices in items

Fair wages for everyone an proper compensation for employees when they are sick or injured.

They noticed that we were imprioving the stores in our area & then several of us got a no budget upgrade. The stores & associate morale comes first.

The lack of available employees because we don't pay enough.

Treat people with respect and less threats

Treat your entry-level employees with due respect and realistic expectations. And don't run on a skeleton crew! It makes your employees overworked.

The managers need to be fired and replace with better ones

Review from Sales Dept

When people first start working there, they throw you on a computer and expect you to be trained that way. When you actually get put to work, and ask for help because you are confused, there is a sense of attitude from even managers. Like its not my fault the computer didnt teach me right

Review from Sales Dept

better employees more hours to do all this work

Review from Sales Dept

Give stores hours to be able to do proper customer service. Get rid of the worthless surveys get rid of the lying mystery shoppers. Its sad the we do the hard work while ceos sit on their butts and get the big bucks

Review from Sales Dept

The CEO is bleeding money into failing remodels and making up for lost profits by laying off 4000 members of management and cutting store hours to the bare minimum. Stores are failing and good employees are being driven out by unrealistic expectations and cuts.

Review from Sales Dept

Lay offs are happening... stay away

Review from Sales Dept

Wish pay was a little higher, its hard to get by on minimum wage

Review from Sales Dept

Inconsistency and lack of organization.

Review from Sales Dept

Dont see it improving just waiting for a new opportunity elsewhere

Review from Operations Dept

A little bit of every thing.

Review from Sales Dept

No one knows how to communicate.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The managers pick favorites and dont get work done. One of the managers loads up furniture for people that is supposed to be torn down/ disposed of.

Review from Sales Dept

Management is trash and corporate does not care about the employees
