Get rid of store manager. And find one that doesn't harass employees. Stan at Longwood Florida Big Lots needs to go.
Truth, dignity, civility, respect, friendliness, kindness, compassion.

A new manager that actually understands and works with employees. Not against them. As well as a manager that doesnt attack customers as well. Im shocked webster is still in business. And this is with 4 years management experience

Review from Sales Dept
Starting from store manager and it goes down to the rest of the personnel
Actually work together and not complain behind each other's backs
Coworkers have little emotional intelligence, common sense; they are immature, selfish, don't look out for each other, lie, gossip and do as little as possible.

Employees need better pay, bonus paid on time an without certain restrictions. It's unfair to expect excellent quality service without a good motivating factor.
Better management. Not someone who doesnt care about what shes doing or any consequesces to anyone else
More deals and bonuses for employees
Leadership change from the top down instead of talking about caring actually do it
Listen to the person being interviewed

Actually communication with the store manager instead of a random email saying your interview is scheduled. Not enough time to prepare for Interviews.
