Employees with a Master's degree were most likely to receive a $10,000+ sign on bonus, whereas those with a Bachelor's degree were most likely to receive no sign on bonus. Lastly, employees at Boeing's Los Angeles office were most likely to receive a sign on bonus, in comparison to employees at Boeing's Seattle office who were least likely to receive a signing bonus.
