Change the dictatorship attitude from the top!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Should be more transperancy from upper management.

Acciountabilty and structure for employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management has no desire to address employee concerns and basic safety. Average pay is inconsistant.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Self respect and should take pride in their work. Difficult when there is zero incentive to improve!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was extremely excited about the ability to climb the ladder only to find out after almst five years its not an option.
