What are some of the best things about your team?
Good laughs amonst the team. Management could use manager training.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The location could use morning meetings. Compensation. A bad stuck up attitude at the branch by management treating employees poorly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being pid for my worth. An employee shouldnt wait weeks for an answer on being compesated and a raise. If an employee is a All star. Treat them like it, shirts, hats, and sweaters dont pay the bills.
