What makes you most happy at work?
The satisfaction of knowing i build the best carts of wood to be delivered. Always getting praise for how organized my carts are.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
These youngsters you guys hire don't listen to anybody and just wanna argue about every little task. Thats when they're not in the bathroom every half hour.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager over sees the entire warehouse, yet still makes it a priority to come check on all of us daily. I wish we had more people like him.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would make me fell better if instead of pats on the back for loading carts to go on trucks, taking care of the will calls, and dealing with broken equipment. If i got paid my worth. $16 a hour is a joke.
