I work smart and hard and I am regularly verbally appreciated. My team members respect and enjoy me and I respect and enjoy them. Most everyone steps up to help out. I feel valued and have a lot of opportunity to move up. My manager and the leaders at the top seem to notice and appreciate everyone.

Everyone pitches in, there is not a "blame" mentality, we are a real team, we celebrate and actually like each other. Open to new ideas and creativity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, strategic, truly care about employees, reward effort and understand work-life balance. They do not ask for you to do anything that have not done or would not do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not political, people honestly respect each other and listen. Team members and leaders pull for each other to succeed. Obviously, work is the priority but there is time to laugh and have fun as well.
