It has been a good experience, I really appreciate and value my manager, I understand that certain things are out of his control. I do wish that certain things would or could be changed. I do not like the disrespect, lack of work ethic and attitude of coworkers at times, but people are people.
What makes you most happy at work?
The variety of work and the interaction with outside customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The attitude of people , better team building practices and activities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I value that my manager appreciates me and the job that I do. He is always making sure he looks at things from all perspectives.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work Ethic- Some employees do not put forth more effort than needed and do not respect the management team. When new management is hired they still do as they please.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I go above and beyond what is expected of my position. I am the person that anyone can come to for the answer to an issue and if I do not know the answer I will get it. I know several areas of the business aspect and just feel the compensation could be more.
