I enjoy the challenge I have everyday at work. Being able to make a difference in someone career is a good feeling. I know there is always room to grow with this company and the option to go to another location is a plus. The Management I have below me & above me are great people to work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They enjoy what they do, they are involved in the action plan we have set in place and they lead by example.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication is great and they lead by example. We get the feedback needed to continue to do the job we are expected to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel it all as a package is great. The benefits cover our needs and the Retirement plan is nice that they do match a portion of your contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and morale is great here at the plant. People can discuss their differences and all come together to a answer that works best for the team rather than just a group of people.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can make a difference in someone's day by being there help or listen to what they need or any issue they may have. Being able to help someone grow in their position is as well a great feeling.
