It's been an amazing experience. I've had great opportunities to advance and I'm thankful for that. I have a great team that makes the job so much easier. I've been invited to participate in so many events, I get to be a part of our community thanks to those events.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The personal connection most of us have. We try to be here for each other in any way possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just having a job that helps me in the hard times. I try to keep myself mentally busy so I can make it another day. Coming to work daily makes me extremely happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance for sure. Struggling with multiple sclerosis and breast cancer, I have no idea how I would provide for my family if I didn't have insurance. I would be in debt for sure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always there for me for moral and emotional support. I truly would be lost without them. I moved up here without my family so it's nice to have a great support system from all of them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are all like a big family and I'm so thankful they have been with me through my ups and downs. They remind me there are better times coming. Working with them helps me keep my life balanced. I love my team.
