As soon as I wake up I feel blessed to have a job I love so much, I get to work and am greeted with Good mornings and talking about the previous nights with family. I sit down and get to work, randomly visited by yard employees and drivers sharing passing conversations. The atmosphere is incredible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's a family atmosphere, they expect you to be your best, do your best work and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty right along side you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all get along, tell jokes and stories. Anytime someone new is hired everyone goes out of their way to help them feel as comfortable and included in everything as they can. Everyone is very respectful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see my friends on a daily basis, helping the customers from the big builders to the walk in folks that don't trust home depot or lowes and attempt to help them with their needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a family. Everyone treats everyone with respect top to bottom. If help is needed no one is scared to stop what they're doing and lend a hand. Makes it easy to come to work on a daily basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The driver bonuses, and profit sharing programs really incentivize me and hopefully the other workers to be more mindful when doing our every day tasks. To keep the customer first and go above and beyond to make sure the customer and company is happy.
