Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Well, I wouldn't have been here for 20 years if it wasn't a good place to work. It has been the best place I have ever worked and hope it never changes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a family first attitude and we are all a big family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to fulfill our customer needs and make their jobs easier.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When the yearend bonuses are good that's the best and keeps pushing me another year harder.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is fair, understanding and transparent. I have had nothing but good interactions with all of them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Of course I would always accept more but I feel that my compensation package is fair and I feel I earn every bit of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family and all work together. We all even treat our customers as part of it and it makes for a wonderful workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the best part of working here is that the customers know that we are here to assist them in their projects not just a place to go get material at. Its more of a partnership with them rather than us being just another vendor for them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What i like best about our leadership team is that they are not micro managing us and they let us get the job done they way we know how and how our customers need to be handled. They step in when we ask for assistance and check in to see if there is anything they can help with.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy where I am now is that since I have been here so long the customers I feel view me as a resource to them and they value me and my knowledge. I feel more like a valuable asset to everyone and not just somebody that runs the computer. I enjoy the help we provide.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At our store its a second family, the atmosphere is not that of a 9-5 workplace but a place where we come together to do what's asked of us and earn some money. We all get along and can joke around but also get serious and get the work done at the same time. Couldn't ask for a better workplace.
