Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have had the opportunity to continuously grow and develop my future within the company. Now, I am able to offer that growth to my team and identify future strong leaders that pass thru the DIT program and able to lead and influence other DIT Instructors nationally. It has been a great experience

That we work as a team and are focused on continuous improvement and the unity of the region.

The culture and teamwork throughout the entire company. The vision is transparent, and I love that about our company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the success of my team and hearing that they are individually making a positive impact on the bottom line.

Being able to have autonomy and have a positive influence on the future of the business with the strong backing of my peers and management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is continuously looking to do better. The teamwork and wealth of knowledge among the team is very valuable to achieving success as a company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having the work life balance and the flexibility to take the time to go to doctors/dentist appointments. I love that I can give people the time away to get their kid who might be sick at school.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork. Prior with Kelly LaBlance, she still inspires me to be a stronger leader. The elite knowledge and teamwork that we share at the Corporate/Divisional level where we all embrace the same ethics and goals is amazing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to have the opportunity to advance my career and have an action plan in place to help me achieve new goals. I am fortunate to have the position where I can develop and improve the company supported by the good leadership above me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is working to the same goal and learning the software and Builders best practices together. When they have those "ah-ha" moments and their face lights up when everything starts to make sense. They strive to make BFS a better company as they individually make their contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The rapid growth of the company and continued rising stock prices of an unheardable gain of 406%+ over a 5 year span. There is a sense of pride when I say who I work for even though the company is not well know in the NE in my home area.
