It's okay to make jokes in a meeting... meetings are relaxed but we get done what we need to

After switching to salary pay, the bonuses have been great. Keeping all my travel points is another great bonus.

They willing to help you on any project even if it has nothing to do with what they are working on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great at keep the communication channels open. This has been a major issue in the past. Don't slack up on this issue!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work remotely and I wish I could see my team in person more. I really like interacting with them on projects. Easy team to work with.
