We promote from within often

The better we do the harder it gets to keep making commissions.

we work as a team...we all pitch in in a small location

Seeing a new issue arrive and having the skill to handle it

They communicate everything...nice to see it rather than hear about stuff in the industry mags

We are a small group and everyone has to do multiple jobs to make it run
