My team an I work together on multiple issues very well. We all care for each other and work very well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for the last 18 years. The current rate for the position I have is more than my compensation. This does not hinder me from doing my job or helping other teams and working hard at projects.
