I have been able to double my pay since I started 5 years ago. My PTO has increased from 2 weeks to as much as needed responsibly. If I have an issue my supervisors are there to help me resolve it. I work hard and BFS has rewarded me for my efforts. I am happy here!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team keeps everyone involved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At my location the managers are close and get along very well. this carries down to the rest of the teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing good work. We have quality control inspections When these reports come back good or when they come back and my team handles the situation
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I don't think this can be changed. It's a matter of rate of pay. The hourly pay for warehouse workers is not enough to attract quality workers. Also we have no background screening, all felons are welcomed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a salaried employee I get 12 weeks paid paternity leave. This is such a blessing for my family. My wife works for a company that does not provide her with any paid time off. This time off is not only going t allow me to help her but the time I will get to spend with my children is priceless!
