I enjoy going to work and am inspired by how hardworking everyone is. We work hard to support each other, not expecting to sit back and watch someone else do everything. This crew jumps up and rises together. That is a reflection of the management that works hard for us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A balanced "what can I do to support YOU" culture. My first performance review, my manager asked me "what can we do to get you to your career goals" they shared strengths that they saw and future roles I would be successful at. Previous employers have only said "What can YOU do better for US"
