It's been good. I do wish that I could hire more people on my team so I don't have to work as many long hours.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem invested in me as a person and a valuable asset to the team and the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a project accomplished and helping others. Also, setting the bar high and setting a good example.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel we help each other. There aren't many instances where negativity creeps in. Leadership works towards a healthy environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Feelings of teamwork are strong. Most everyone pulls together when needed. We for the most part, work together as 1 toward a common goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being a publicly traded company, we, as full-time employees and shareholders, are able to partake in the company's success in the stock market. These bonuses are a valuable addition to my annual salary. The other thing is being able to have RTO, being treated as responsible.
