I started as a driver, now I'm a dispatcher, I hope to keep moving up to make BFS my home. However certain things need to be meet and some improvements need to be made. overall, though- enjoyable place that is continually growing, and we need to adapt and overcome new challenges.
What makes you most happy at work?
Stability(ish), my direct team members, food.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing- Stepping up to get things done, doing more than expected of us, and doing all those things without a handout.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Having leadership that not only adhere to the same company standards is vital to the moral on a day-to-day basis. Leading by example and doing the right thing is always a great show of leadership and respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can only speak on behalf of myself and those I interact with on a daily basis. With that being said, we are all on the same page on taking care of all our customers as much as we can with in our control.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When it comes to Pay, Bonus (profit sharing) these are some areas that we need to improve upon. We need to make those long-term employees and dedicated employees understand and see and know that BFS does in fact care about them at work and how they make it at home.
