I have worked for BFS for over 20 years. I have left a few times for various reasons but every time I couldn't wait to come back. It's like family working here.

What makes you most happy at work?
Taking care of my customers. It's not always roses but it's how you finish that matters most.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We turn and burn. I'm in sales so everything is fast paced. Not much time to sit around and worry about the small stuff. We have to keep the big wheel turning!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My new leadership team listens to us and shows that they actually value your input. We are shown daily that they appreciate our hard work and always have our back. I haven't had that in the past with previous leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very professional and are focused on the task at hand. We all work hard but we know when to turn it off and be compassionate to each other. Not everyone has a great day every day but we always have the backing from leadership to help us get through it.
