I feel like it's been positive for the 23 years I have been here. If I feel overchallenged, it's usually on my end. I do know everything will get done eventually so I don't worry to much.

What are some of the best things about your team?
For a group of men from different walks of life, we all get along well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just a happy place to be. I never feel like there is a dark cloud.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct supervisor and manager are probably the best I have ever worked for. To many positive attributes to list.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't known to many others to really compare. I do think our 401 is one of the worst I have ever heard about.
