We work together to correct issues that arise and we are able to have a back-and-forth conversation on how to resolve issues in a timely manner.

My GM is very open to working with myself and my team to come to the best solution for the company and the customer. I feel very heard with my opinions and myself set goals and so far, this has been the best company I have worked for in my life.
