The co workers i deal with day in and day out consume a good amount of marijuana and some times it effects me having to adjust to the way it effects them
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
bad attitudes, no matter how good people are taken care of in this company they seem to take their personal lives and bring it into the work place and take it out on everyone working around them. pretty disrespectful
