I love that we have an annual incentive plan that allows us receive a bonus when achieve specific goals.

There isn't an issue with egos. We put those aside and strive to perform well as a team to get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is that our leadership wants to see associates succeed at work and in our personal lives and they give us the tools to do that through coaching, benefits and setting goals.
