Everyone at this location is friendly and willing to help each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am able to earn more if sources for sales are available.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Each of the staff at our location make this a better place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally, when there is a project that must be completed most are willing to help get this done.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy interacting with customers and lending a hand to assist in the warehouse or with other sales people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
General manager Tom Coleman is helpful yet driven manager, with clear goals and the ability to motivate employees. Conrad is also a valuable asset to our organization, and I enjoy the interaction with him as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay for those that go above and beyond is never compensated by the company. The verbal appreciation is nice from our team, but it would be nice to have the company appreciate the work force as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and our area operations manager are the best that there are. Jon Breenden is a hands on manager that always appreciates the worker. Tom Coleman is awesome. He is driven and tries to insure that those he works with are reaching their goals and potential.
