My experience with BFS has been pleasant so far. I do get overwhelmed with all of the training sometimes, but figure it is just another task, that needs to be done.

I feel like it is actually fair, with the the work I put in.

The team is willing to get the job completed and has a lot of integrity.

Knowing everyone is working together in a drama free environment. Working on the common goal of pleasing the Customer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Team seems to care about the everyday Joe/Joet, that actually is in the work place, doing the hands on jobs.
