a good bit of negatives. dealing with team members who don't give it their all is draining.
don't really have an answer to that. i would have to say that the safety culture is the most predominant.
about 1/2 the team is goal oriented and put forth the same energy and for site i do. we work well together and ultimately understand the goal for company and location.
based on current abilities and knowledge there are several other team members that do a lot less and know a lot less that are given more opportunities and i would suffice more pay. don't know for sure as it is not something i discuss but the rumor mill still runs.
