In my short time, (7 months, 4of those skillbridge) I have learned a lot and enjoyed my time thus far. Friendly staff makes being the new person very relaxing. EVERYONE is always willing to help to make the best for our employees and customers.

Communication between sales, drafting team and our truss design team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local Leadership has been amazing during my time of transition from the military. Flexible when untimely VA appointments come up.
What makes you most happy at work?
A creative balance between drafting and engineering. Mostly I enjoy that BFS took a chance on me, with no experience, to pursue something that is not what I did in the military.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the flexibility is one of the biggest advantages. You're not just treated as an employee and told what to do, but your ideas and opinions carry weight, from the newest person to the individual that's been here 10 yrs.
