I started with the company knowing nothing about building materials. I was trained in every position I've held as I've moved up in the company. The company supported me each time I deployed with the National Guard. I always knew I would be coming home and still have a job.

I feel our team is like another family. We can all rely on each other to get the jobs done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me it would be the amount of time off. I don't use the medical benefits because I'm on my wife's wealth insurance.
