We are on par with compensation but better health care benefits would be good. Unfortunately we are also on par that for advancement it's been a business of who you know and not necessarily what kind of job you do. I enjoy what I do and for the most part who I work with, but am not challenged.

low stress and for the most part, a clean work area
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we have a 401K available and the company adds to it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local leadership is always changing however my direct manager is friendly and supportive.
