After 23 years of service my transition from the military to BFS was great. I felt completely supported by my new leadership and I was encouraged to use my leadership skills, learned while serving, and to put them into practice when I came on board.

Our leadership team does a great job at being transparent. I honestly feel like they genuinely care about veterans and for all associates for that matter.
