the manger and people i am in contact with via teams or in person when i have a questions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
coming from Trussway. the company would have a Trussway health account where it would cover some of you deductible and it was nice. With BFS record profits more than a cost of living increase would be nice instead of stock by back making the stock holders richer.
