I feel like I am overworked and taken advantage of by local management. At the same time I feel like I am needed and do enjoy my coworkers. I think it should be against company policy to work people over 80 hours a week. I would think a local GM would hire someone to fill the gap.

I think the management. team above the location level is very forward thinking and striving for continuous improvement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is diverse and come from a lot of different backgrounds. Watching them come together to achieve our goals is very rewarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of our company is safety and people first. I think the company can very easily learn what managers know this by walking the yard with them and watching their interactions with the team. I think when a VP comes down and seems to know the team it is extremely rewarding.
