What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diverse and open to new ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They laugh at my jokes and engage on a deeper level about family and life. We work, but we also get to know each other on a more personal level concurrently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor and team are great people and I truly enjoy working with them every day. The task/job at hand is very challenging and their positive attitudes ensure we make progress while keeping our sanity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility that allows me to have breakfast with my kids in the morning, take them to school, take a day off to enjoy a field trip with my kids. Work life balance is clearly important to BFS. This is very meaningful to me after 20 years in the military and being away from home all the time.
