Most of our team are good people that take pride in the work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Management and coworkers let me know that I've done a good job and they're happy the way things are going.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are easy to talk to and a very approachable. They take the time to say hello to all employees. Shake their hands ask them how they're doing. Respect!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Maintenance meds are covered in full. But with that said, I have medication that costs $210 every month and co-pays at doctors are very high compaired to other companys.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Change has been the most positive thing in the last year and a half here. The management change has brought more of a positive attitude with the employees and the safety change has been huge.
